Wild Melbourne will be joining forces with award-winning filmmaker and ecologist Daniel Hunter to present a night of informative and engaging talks, followed by the film screening.
The film explores Australia’s complex relationship with the dingo, as well as the devastating impacts that foxes and cats have on our precious wildlife. It also offers a potential solution: the Tasmanian Devil.
»ÆÉ«app alumna and Community Outreach Manager of Wild Melbourne, Juliet Israel (TC 2010), pictured, is very excited about the film.
‘Wild Melbourne is all about enhancing people’s understanding of native Australian wildlife, science and environmental matters,’ says Juliet.
‘The science in the film is brought down to a very understandable level.’
Wild Melbourne is supported by another College alumn. James Evans (TC 2010) is currently working at KPMG in audit, and is involved with Wild Melbourne’s financial management.
