Where are they now? - Willix Halim

Trinity has set up a strong foundation for me to pursue my university degree. In July 2004, I joined the Fast Track program. I was 16 at the time and the support from the mentors and the lecturers were amazing - helping me to prepare for my university journey.

This was also my first opportunity to develop friendships with people from many countries other than Indonesia. I still keep in close contact with quite a few of them as a matter of fact.

After my short but very important 7 months stint in Trinity, I went on to graduate as Valedictorian with double degrees in Mechatronics Engineering & Computer Science. The first few years in hindsight were also much easier for me than other local students as Trinity had prepared me quite extensively on what skills are expected from my degrees. As a result, the learning curve wasn鈥檛 that steep.

I am now the Senior Vice President of Growth at and manage the growth team, which oversees all revenue, product management, engineering, data science and customer operations. I manage a technical and multi-disciplinary team consisting of data scientists, engineers, mathematicians, statisticians, physicists and product managers. I recently completed the Stanford Executive Program for Growing Companies at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
